By now you must be well on your way to completing at least a few blocks in your Sugar Skull journey.  What do you think so far? What types of design elements are your favorites?  What might your skull look like if you designed your own right now?

While not all of our skulls are the same, so far all of our designers have chosen a traditional white skull for the base of their quilt block.  What would you choose?

This week’s Block #7 was created by Kate Colleran from Seams Like A Dream.  Kate is a fellow quilt pattern designer and author and has books on working with your stash of precuts.  You can check out all the books, patterns and products by Kate on her website or take a class from Kate on Craftsy.  Stop by and see what inspired Kate’s Sugar Skull block.  If you are interested in purchasing any of the previous Sugar Skull blocks you can find links to the patterns on our blogs or you can find them all on Craftsy by searching “Fiesta de Azucar 2017”.

Here is a list of all of the participants in the Fiesta de Azucar.  Each week we will update the list with links to the blog posts where you can find their blocks.
