Class will take place on Tuesday, February 9th starting at 10:00 am EST.

Class FULL KIT includes: Scrap Petal Garden Pattern, Nested Petal Template, 2 yards of Steam A Seam II (or equivalent product).  If you already some of these items you may choose to purchase remaining items individually.

This class is designed specifically for students that have purchased a Scrap Petal Garden pattern and/or Nested Petal Template and would like to make a Scrap Petal Garden quilt but don’t know where to start. If you have questions about details in the pattern, questions about techniques, or need a little help choosing your colors or putting your design together, come and spend the afternoon with me. In this class I will discuss:

• Products and techniques that I use while making this quilt.
• Why I would choose one technique over another.
• Tips on how to get your templates to keep from sliding on your fabric.
• Any questions you may have had after reading the pattern.,
• How to pick your fabrics.
• Best techniques for finishing your quilt.

While we won’t have time to finish the entire quilt during the two hours in this class, you should be able to have everything you need to work on your quilt during quarantine. Maybe even two or three. If you don’t already have the pattern and/or template, you may purchase your items
