Morning meeting here at the cabin… and my eye is distracted by the neighbors. Apparently spending so much time in the studio I haven’t been keeping up with the happenings here in the neighborhood… but we have a new couple moving in.
She looks super busy getting her house ready. I wasn’t sure if she was just checking the place out… because it is about 6 feet from the Cabin deck. But I realize they have at least rented for Spring.
Here is a photo of her and her husband hanging out in the tree near the house. They are notoriously shy and very hard to photograph.
I haven’t decided whether they will make good neighbors… I suppose it remains to be seen. I suppose I can’t ask to borrow a cup of sugar or anything… but as long as they are quiet it should be alright. I sure hope their children don’t play baseball. They are awfully close to my windows.
I hope you have enjoyed meeting my new neighbors. I wonder what her curtains will look like. Will she sew them herself or have someone make her draperies. Here’s hoping she doesn’t ask me.
